Becoming obsessed with Reiki, energy healing, chakras, manifestation, crystal healing, vibrational energy, and living a life of purpose and intention caused Lisa to seek out certifications as a Master Reiki Practitioner and Crystal Healer. Using Reiki, crystals, Ho’oponopono, EFT, and Sound Healing, she is now able to bring healthy healing energy, a harmonious spirit, and an unwavering love of life to Lisa’s clients, friends, and family!

Crystal Usui Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing that reduces stress while promoting healing and relaxation, . The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power,” and Ki which is “life force energy.” Together, those words combine to form Reiki which translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki professionals administer this unseen life force energy via Reiki attunements in which they act as a conduit allowing this life force energy to flow through them and into the client. If a person’s life force energy is low, then they’re more likely to fall ill, feel stress/anxiety, and more negative issues. A person’s life force energy is high, then people are more capable of being happy and healthy.
