REIKI MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Reiki sessions for the Reiki Membership will be provided as described at LisaLunaReiki.com for the term of 6 consecutive months at a discounted rate. ‘Member’ or ‘Members’ refers to the clients of Lisa Luna Reiki LLC who commit to the monthly Reiki Membership.
- Membership Reiki session(s) are scheduled by members in a timely manner for each consecutive month through my membership duration at https://lisalunareiki.square.site/
- 24 hour notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments is needed. Remote Reiki sessions can be received in lieu of In-person Reiki sessions if the member or Lisa Luna Reiki consent to do so.
- Membership Reiki session(s) are available for existing Lisa Luna Reiki clients who have had at least one (1) Reiki session with Lisa, Lisa Luna Reiki LLC. New clients are required to have an initial phone consultation with Lisa prior to the day of the initial or first Reiki session. If this does not occur, the initial or first session will be rescheduled.
- For two session/month memberships and for ease of tracking, it is encouraged to schedule each of the two sessions within the same month, between the first and last day of the month. However this is not required.
- Lisa Luna Reiki LLC will track all membership sessions. Members are encouraged to track their sessions as well.
- For members who select two monthly sessions for their membership and experience a month where they can attend only one session, the membership rate will apply. The remaining membership months will continue as if two sessions were selected. Membership period remains at 6 months.
- Memberships or membership sessions are not transferable, nor can they be gifted to another person.
- Payment for Reiki session(s) occurs at time of booking.
- Credit card information is captured upon scheduling the initial membership session(s). This is the same payment method which will be used for subsequent sessions, and credit card information can be updated at anytime by client or Lisa Luna Reiki LLC at member’s request.
- Payment method can be updated at anytime and at the time of scheduling a membership session.
- If member needs to pause Reiki Membership for any reason, at any time, they will notify Lisa Luna Reiki LLC. Client is welcome to to pause as long as is needed. Use of remaining membership sessions never expires, and the current membership rate will apply at the time of service.
- Member will notify Lisa Luna Reiki LLC at anytime during my membership if they are challenged to maintain my commitment to these terms and conditions.
